Your vacation home consists of a beautiful cottage, once an oil mill, and the independent apartment in the adjacent outbuilding, and it is located on a hillside overlooking Lake Trasimeno near the small town of Magione. The house is surrounded by a spacious fenced green area and equipped with children's play area, bocce court and panoramic pool. Upon request and payment on site, the following additional services are available: visits to the islands of Lake Trasimeno, cooking service for typical lunches and fishing days. For wine lovers, tastings are possible along the wine roads "Strada del vino dei Colli del Tasimeno" or "Strada dei vini Etrusco Romana". The location is ideal to visit the fascinating art cities of Perugia (22 km), Assisi (46 km), Chiusi (36) km and Arezzo (56 km). Two bedrooms are located in the independent apartment on the first floor, which is accessible only from the outside and is not connected to the main building inside.
