Location and price.
Could be better
Towel that I got was dirty so have to go and ask for another one. There is lady working in the front that is kit very welcoming. Twice was not very happy I guess about the job. She has attitude for sure. No thank you , no have a nice stay , none ! First time I asked her for a good quote spot she gave me a room right next to a women’s bathroom! So had to go downstairs and ask for another one ! Next week I came asked her to give me a room where is a quite , she gave me a room again close to bathrooms ! Not sure why they keep people like that if she hates her job ! Comparing Rick - very nice man with good vice , busy man but at least he is respectful ! But lady probably needs a job without connection to customer service!

Location next to the Central Park, close to the National Museum of Natural History. Room was clean and simple. The temperature was comfy, hotel was quiet.
The bathrooms are shared. It was not a problem, as that was what I payed for, but there was no hanger in the bathroom for my cloths. The water in the shower was cold. I didn't want to waste it, so I took the shower in cold water, but it was not very pleasant.

The exterior of the building looks nice & it was nice to have the option of using the sport facilities but I didn’t have time.
I understand this is basic accommodation but I feel like even a hostel could be made to feel more homey. This was very institutional & rather old.
