    Great boutique hotel very close to subway, Lincoln center, and Central Park. The hotel provides ample bottled water, and a fantastic front desk staff. Highly recommend!

    PASQUISCE works at the frontdesk till 3 pm. He was EXCELLENTE. He made my hotel stay magnifique. I requested a room with a view and he provided me the BEST room with view ever. He even provided me with complimentarily bottkes of water. He was very professional and nice. The hotel, Management and other staff were GREAT, friendly, helpful and professional also! I have NO complaints!!!!!! I will stay there again and again and agaun! Great ambiance, soft playing music in the background, beautiful decor and clean. Thank you Empire Hotel for a beautiful stay

    While the location by Central Park is great, the hotel has old carpets, paint chipping off of the bathroom door; really feels cheap on the inside. Additionally, they add a surprise per night fee that eliminates any savings you think you got by booking from a 3rd party service. Never going back
