It was a clean and quiet room. Housekeeping was excellent and all the staff were courteous and helpful. It was well situated and near to a subway station.

The location was very pleasant and conveniently located near Central Park and a subway stop.
Our check-in process wasn't great. We arrived 30-minutes prior to check-in and they couldn't accommodate us yet. They said they would text us when the room was ready, but they didn't and I had to go to the desk again. There were no "extra" amenities. We were very disappointed that the attached breakfast restaurant didn't open until 8am.
