The location is the best. If you want to be close to Castro, restaurants, clubs, metro stops, a big supermarket, this is the place to stay. The price gets you what you pay. I found the place to be quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Also, the staff was really nice. I appreciate their help and kindness.
The place was very cold. I was there in Feb and the whole building was freezing. The bathrooms were so cold! The room doesn’t have heating either but they give you a portable heater. It works well and you don’t feel cold after. It heats up pretty quickly.

Room was well cleaned and cozy. Place is in a really convenient area. I was able to walk right across the street to cvs for some stuff I needed. Staff is phenomenal, Peter is the man! Bathrooms were clean especially for a shared space. The fan in the room worked really well and I liked that all could be controlled with the remote
My biggest issue is that my comforter had some big dark spots.
