Although price was cheep, it was too much to pay for this low quality room

Close your the bike trail and affordable.

Room was dirty. Smelled of smoke, although it was marked non smoking. Trash found in room from previous guests. Bathtub fixtures were coming apart.

Didn’t stay left immediately disputed transaction with bank floored that they are on booking websites

Nothing was there a total of three minutes luckily I signed there check in stating I have 15 minutes after check in to cancel which I did also disputed thru my bank it was the nastiest bug infested place I have ever been was there a total of 3 minutes and cancelled and left and happily paid $400 for 3 days at the Hampton inn down the road

Everything rooms mold infested floors pealing up shit smeared in the bathroom I’m floored that Booking even allowed this place on the site

The AC & shower worked.

It should be closed down. The floors gave and were filthy. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The sheets were stained but I hope clean? The bath tub was rotted and the surround shelves were broken. The bathroom walls were water stained. You literally could see the door edge and the curtains. The place looks like it is a place for transient people or homeless people.

Front door to room broken. No tissues. Was supposed to get 2 beds only got one. Tv was an old tube television. Was way over charged for this room. $640 for a dump is high. Wouldn’t you think so? Paid for 2 beds only got 1. Air conditioning was falling apart. Door latch on door was missing. I used to travel a lot. Around the country and in Europe. This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. I think I should get some kind of refund for not having 2 beds. The only thing good about this hotel is that they know how to take your money.

Did not try the breakfast, didn't know it was available. The location was convenient to the family we were visiting.

The room was not adequately cleaned. Sink was dirty, Show/tub walls were not clean. Bathroom floor was not clean. Tried to kill a bug crawling on the bathroom wall during the middle of the night during a potty call..

The other hotel guests/residents were quiet and respectful. Xenia looks like a nice town.

I have traveled a lot in my life and I would put this hotel in my top 5 worst of all-time. There was no wastebasket. However, the bathroom sink was the most deplorable item I have ever seen in any hotel. The very worst criticism I have is with the two women staff whom I gave my key/card to upon checking out on October 6. I told them about the bathroom sink and they were shocked. Come on, man. They had to know about the room. Give me a break. Why lie to me?

At first glance, it looked decent but upon entering the room, it was abysmal.

Crumbs were left on the table, the refrigerator was disgusting and the beds looked crumpled and hastily made up.

The air conditioner had no cover and had nasty stuff ALL over it. Table was broken. It looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in awhile.

The first room we were given the window was wide open with no screen, A/C didn't work, ceiling coming down, cob webs, & very dirty. Second room we were given was not as bad but still very disgusting & dirty. Will never stay there again and I would like a refund.
