It was cute but location just felt unsafe, it needed more storage for personal items and clothing, and some of the decor

It’s uniqueness

It was 1 block away from a men’s halfway house, we were 2 single ladies renting this facility, felt uncomfortable since the window shades did not fit the windows so you can see in the windows! There was no dresser space or closet space in the 2nd bedroom, I had to keep all my clothes on the floor in my bag along with all my other personal items!

Excellent location 2 minutes by bike to trails. Restaurants within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Good water pressure for showers.

Some windows (kitchen) needed blinds or curtains for privacy
