This rental was the best VRBO we've stayed in! The hosts attention to detail was amazing, the house was immaculate and extremely well stocked. The size was perfect for the 2 of us and our big dog. The backyard was well maintained and our dog enjoyed sitting in the grass and watching the world go by. We highly recommend the Perfectly Small House.

Enjoyed our stay! House was the perfect size for 2 people. Very clean and had everything anyone could need. Also, it was nice to be able to park in a garage if you have a smallish vehicle. I would stay again if in the area!

The owners(hosts) are Very good, personable communicators. We had Wonderful conversations prior to my booking and stay-with every question answered and every request/concern addressed prior, while there, and afterwards. My 2 pups are family to me, and I’m pleased to say they were welcomed and felt right at home. The good sized, fenced in yard is an added bonus to any pet owner. The property is extremely well cared for, VERY CLEAN, along with the house, and the Interior is decorated simply with a serene and peaceful ambiance. The owners addressed every need with an effort to make my stay worry free. The hot tub was wonderful and a nice addition. The owners went over and above to make my stay very pleasant. I can rate them and their property very high, with no qualms at all - it met my needs and priorities perfectly. Plus, they were very helpful in recommending resources in the area.

Our second time staying at this property! We love staying here because the owners are so welcoming and they're always putting our favorite snacks in the pantry. They even give us a gift card to a local coffee shop that is amazing! We recommend staying here!

We were blown away at the items there to enjoy and make our stay amazing! The special treats and gc was so generous and greatly appreciated. The house was perfect for my husband and I, so much better than a hotel. The host was attentive and helpful. This will be our landing point whenever we visit our daughter.

Bonnie has created a wonderful little oasis with this property. The inside is so thoughtfully laid out & well-appointed with everything you might need. She even asked about favorite snacks & beverages & had them on hand for me. Very good attention to detail! The AC worked well keeping it a pleasant temperature inside even with high heat & humidity outside that weekend and it drown out any noise from the street. I enjoyed my stay here.

This is such an amazing little house. It was a perfect place for my wife and I and our two dogs to use as a base while we explored te parks around Yellow Springs and Clifton.

It has any amenities you could want. Neighborhood was quiet. Owners went above expectations in working with us. Enjoyed the extras they provided such as our preferred coffee and creamer. They quickly replace a Keurig that had malfunctioned. They take care of the outside as well as inside with care. Used it as a base to go to our family reunion.

I can’t say enough about Bonnie as a host, and the amenities and comfort of this house. I felt very well taken care of and had everything I needed to feel comforted and like I could really relax after long days of grad school clinicals in Yellow Springs. The bed is very comfy, the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and spices, and Bonnie’s thoughtful extra touches went a long way. Super quiet neighborhood.

Bonnies little house is exactly as described and more! This is the first place we've stayed at that truly felt like home. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard and the no spill water bowl worked so well that I might need to buy one for home! I found everything I needed for cooking and even a ziploc bag for the leftovers. We tried Nicks restaurant at Bonnie's recommendation. It had a relaxed vibe and the burgers were delicious.Thank you Bonnie for hosting us and we will definitely be back!

I can not say enough good things about this property, our stay and the hosts! From the time of booking upon checking out every single thing was perfect! Bonnie was incredibly quick with communication and went way above and beyond our expectations! She had our favorite snacks stocked and ready and even surprised me with a birthday cake and gift card to a local coffee shop (which was sooo good!). We had an issue with the street parking but Bonnie insisted on helping us to make it right. The house itself is adorable, perfectly cozy and the hot tub is lovely!! Highly recommend and would without a doubt book here again in the future!! 10/10!!

This charming house is spotless with modern features and decor. The hot tub is a nice addition and the back patio is lovely. The hostess is as sweet as the house - going above and beyond with accommodations (like filling the fridge with drinks & snacks, leaving hand-made chocolate confections for me, etc). The location is central with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and fueling stations. I highly recommend this property for rest & relaxation, or even a stop along your travels.

Everything about this property was fantastic! Very homey, everything you need in the kitchen, the Internet was high speed, and the bed was comfy. The whole place has been remodeled so all the features were brand new and the place was cleaned spotless! Things were quiet at night for sleeping with no disturbances and the communication with the host was awesome! The pictures match how the home feels and looks! It's a perfect home away from home.
