About this house rental
Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

This was one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve ever had. The property was immaculate and exactly as advertised—comfortable, well-stocked, and in a great location. The hosts were exceptional and added thoughtful touches, including goodies waiting for us when we arrived. It made the stay feel extra welcoming and memorable. We highly recommend this property and would happily return.

A lovely small home with everything we needed, it was in a convenient location to town and the Athletes in Action campus, where we needed to be. Comfortable and modern, we would stay here again.

This rental was the best VRBO we've stayed in! The hosts attention to detail was amazing, the house was immaculate and extremely well stocked. The size was perfect for the 2 of us and our big dog. The backyard was well maintained and our dog enjoyed sitting in the grass and watching the world go by. We highly recommend the Perfectly Small House.
