About this house rental

Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

This is an incredible sweet space to call home for 2 days. Truly a diamond in the rough. The host stocked the refrigerator with awesome comfort food and beverages. Our chocolate lab Bailey loved the back yard and vacation snacks. We will be back.

My fiance and I have traveled to many BnB's, and this one is by FAR been the best. What a amazing stay in Xenia Oh!! This place is under advertised and over dilivers. Every thing was clean, stocked, some refreshments were provided, the bed is unbelievably comfy, and the hot tub was perfect. Thank you SO much for this amazing stay, and we are looking to be back soon and stay at this location for even longer next time.
