Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

We were blown away at the items there to enjoy and make our stay amazing! The special treats and gc was so generous and greatly appreciated. The house was perfect for my husband and I, so much better than a hotel. The host was attentive and helpful. This will be our landing point whenever we visit our daughter.

Bonnie has created a wonderful little oasis with this property. The inside is so thoughtfully laid out & well-appointed with everything you might need. She even asked about favorite snacks & beverages & had them on hand for me. Very good attention to detail! The AC worked well keeping it a pleasant temperature inside even with high heat & humidity outside that weekend and it drown out any noise from the street. I enjoyed my stay here.

This is such an amazing little house. It was a perfect place for my wife and I and our two dogs to use as a base while we explored te parks around Yellow Springs and Clifton.

It has any amenities you could want. Neighborhood was quiet. Owners went above expectations in working with us. Enjoyed the extras they provided such as our preferred coffee and creamer. They quickly replace a Keurig that had malfunctioned. They take care of the outside as well as inside with care. Used it as a base to go to our family reunion.

We've enjoyed dozens of good short term rentals, with "the perfectly small house" setting the new standard for thoughtful hospitality. I can’t say enough about Bonnie as a host, and the amenities and comfort of this house. I felt very well taken care of and had everything I needed to feel comforted and like I could really relax after long days of grad school clinicals in Yellow Springs. The bed is very comfy, the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and spices, and Bonnie’s thoughtful extra touches went a long way. Super quiet neighborhood.

Bonnie and Dave have thought of everything you could possible want or need during your stay! Personal touches from treats for my dog to thoughtful Easter treats in addition to stocked drinks and snacks made my stay so comfortable and relaxing. While I didn’t use the hot tub my pup enjoyed the big fenced in yard. The little house is adorable!! If I could give more than 5stars I would … I hope your place is available next time I’m in town. Bonnies little house is exactly as described and more! This is the first place we've stayed at that truly felt like home. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard and the no spill water bowl worked so well that I might need to buy one for home! I found everything I needed for cooking and even a ziploc bag for the leftovers. We tried Nicks restaurant at Bonnie's recommendation. It had a relaxed vibe and the burgers were delicious.Thank you Bonnie for hosting us and we will definitely be back!

I can not say enough good things about this property, our stay and the hosts! From the time of booking upon checking out every single thing was perfect! Bonnie was incredibly quick with communication and went way above and beyond our expectations! She had our favorite snacks stocked and ready and even surprised me with a birthday cake and gift card to a local coffee shop (which was sooo good!). We had an issue with the street parking but Bonnie insisted on helping us to make it right. The house itself is adorable, perfectly cozy and the hot tub is lovely!! Highly recommend and would without a doubt book here again in the future!! 10/10!!

When we arrived all of the items were there including a gift card to a local coffee house! The hose was incredibly clean and stocked for all your needs. This place may be small, but it has everything you need and a jacuzzi!! From the awesome treats and snacks left for us, the host was quick to respond when we needed them. This charming house is spotless with modern features and decor. The hot tub is a nice addition and the back patio is lovely. The hostess is as sweet as the house - going above and beyond with accommodations (like filling the fridge with drinks & snacks, leaving hand-made chocolate confections for me, etc). The location is central with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and fueling stations. I highly recommend this property for rest & relaxation, or even a stop along your travels.

The whole place has been remodeled so all the features were brand new and the place was cleaned spotless! This place was the perfect getaway spot for us. Beautiful setup and space. Comfy bed! We spent a day in nearby Yellow Springs. There isn’t a driveway so you have to park on the street. That’s the only thing I was concerned about, but we had no issues.
