About this house rental
Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

This is a wonderful little house. Perfect for a couple or small family. We stayed there with our two dogs and they had everything that we needed.

This was a wonderful and welcoming little house. It was immaculately kept with everything one with me for a comfortable stay. Our furry companion was also welcomed into the home.
