My daughter had a seminar to attended at Vanderbilt.
It was so convenient to be able to walk across the street to attend.
I booked this hotel for 2 reasons. 1 was for the convenience of being across the street to Vanderbilt university. Also for the pool. The pool was so cold not a guest was in at any times my little kid would ask me to go down there through out the day just to see if it was warm.
I feel that you want to state your pool open turn the heat on so we are able to use all facilities.

Cleanliness
Amenities were lacking. Breakfast was not full until scheduled hours, gym and pool did not have towels to start or end listed hours
