Convenient
Parking is too expensive since you already own the lot. I understand paying for a parking garage but not in your lot

The location is great. The staff is adequate. The rooms are decent.
The sheets were not fresh and smelled bad. The AC was loud and kicked on and off making sleep difficult. The walls are thin and the neighbors were loud.
