Staff was dressed nicely, looked very professional. Everything was clean. Checkout was 11:00 am so we didn't have to rush.
All rooms had balconies. That is one of the things we look for when we travel. Person who checked us in asked me which side of the hotel we wanted. Since we hadn't been there before, I had no idea so I told him whichever side that had a nice view. Our view ended up being over the parking lot. That was a bit disappointing but since we were there for just one night it wasn't a huge deal. Had to pay to park & there was no breakfast. I felt that for the price these two things should have been offered for free.
