Me and my wife had an unexpected stay over, a million questions, and a few incidents that would normally send hotel staff into states of averted eyes, frowns, and mumbled words under their breath, but the staff at 121 not only weathered our assault with smiles and great attitudes, but also handled our requests with speed and efficiency. Will be staying here again!

Came into town for one night, ended up requesting a different room and staying an additional day and the hotel staff was more than accommodating and proficient in their acquiescence of our headache inducing requests. Made the entire stay a great one.

The 121 is in a great location and was clean and accessible. We saw one employee the first time we entered the building. Then no one the rest of the weekend. We were charge $50.01 late in the day after we had checked out. No one will answer what that is for. Parking was an additional fee that we paid and were aware of. We had questions about the functionality of the window shades. They didn't work. And 121 made a point of them being electronic. Trivial really. But coupled with poor lighting over the sink. Being able to open the shades a bit would have helped. Extra fees with no explanation doesn't make us want to come back.
