Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast on site as well as a bar with finger foods in the evening. Made it convenient. Once I came back on the evening I didn’t have to go out in the cold to eat dinner.

Professional, friendly staff! Jared and Jerry serve an Excellent breakfast and evening Charlotte takes care of us at bar serving pizza and burgers as well as adult drinks.

complimentary breakfast was good! Beds were comfortable. It was also very quiet which was nice because we had multiple late nights over the holiday season and didn't have to worry about other guests being noisy.
Normally stay at this location when visiting town, typically I have a pretty good experience. However, this time was as great! Due to weather condition we arrived very late and were very exhausted so when we finally made it to our room I was hoping to just go to bed. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, there was something similar to oatmeal was on ceiling above the bed, window curtain, and bathroom was near the toilet. Also found the previous guest underwear on the bathroom floor; begged that up and went to bed. Early the next morning we packed our stuff up and visited with the front desk associate. He was very polite and understanding and switched our rooms with ease. At checkout however, I was charged for a double room that night and the lady at the front was very loud, pushy, and rude even when trying to solve the issue with the bill. As we left I took another look at the bill found the error and called back and spoke to the same lady, who was much nicer over the phone, she admitted that there was an error and she or the office would call back regarding the overcharge. No one called me back. I called in two days later to get information.
