Very clean and the bed was so comfy! Loved that the tram also stopped in front of the hotel.

Loved the location and the hostess when we got there for check in is always a delight. She has a great sense of humor and is always so welcoming. Really enjoy the staff and cleanliness of the hotel and room.
The beds are not comfortable. If the beds were improved this would be the top stay in the area that I have ever had.

Breakfast was horrible and staff had bad attitudes and they are charging you to park in hotel parking lot in the middle of the mountains now
