My family and I enjoyed our time.
The only thing that we didn't like was that the water park is a separate charge from the resort. You would think the water park is included. The other issue is that adults are required to pay even if they are not participating just there to watch the little ones.

Loved that it had security and people always around to help. The property is stunning and there is always a heated pool near by not including the indoor water park.

Location
The walls were paper thin. We heard our neighbors every footstep as well as every shower and flush of the toilet. We were charged $150 for a water park that was extremely overcrowded and underwhelming. 2 slides and a mediocre lazy river with a murky pool was not fun.
