Location. Conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
We went there to enjoy the lazy river but were disappointed to find out it cost even more and wasn’t included with our stay we opted for other things
Check in was way to slow. Need more help.

It was nice.
Parking wasn’t ideal. We had to park and walk quite a bit away from the building we were staying in. It was raining most of the time so it was not the best situation for the kids.

Everything was good

The entire location is awesome; the room and view were good.
Disappointing Stay Due to Room Problems and Extra Charges for the pet. Amenities that should be included in our stay had extra fees (unfair). Game room is not free...it is an arcade game room that you have to pay for it.
