Breakfast was wonderful. Facility was beautiful ad very well maintained. Location was easily walkable to restaurants and the Center Street retail area.
I booked on booking.com and the listing did NOT mention that the private bathroom was across the hall. When we arrived, this was quite a surprise. Had I known this, I would have requested a different room. To be fair, this was clear on the Amelia Williams House website, but not mentioned at all on Booking.com

Amazing historical bed and breakfast. The house staff was very friendly and accommodating to anything we needed. The location was perfect next to the downtown area. Breakfast was very enjoyable in the moring.
I have no complaints.
