This property is in a great location being one block from a fantastic beach and one block from at least two wonderful restaurants. Will definitely return.
Basic amenities did not exist including complimentary coffee bar, which even lower end hotels always have. Yes, Starbucks coffee and a very nice Bistro are right there in the lobby, but not everyone wants to buy multiple cups of coffee all day.

Close to the beach and right across from the state park. Downtown historic area was a straight shot and lots of parking. Our room faced the ocean and had a balcony. Bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of outlets/USBs.
Shower pressure was close to non-existent. I finally unscrewed the shower head but even then the stream was like a limp hose.

The room was decent size and had a comfortable bed. It had a nice size pool area.
Got kicked out of pool, due to what the staff claimed was lightning, but others were allowed to swim the rest of the day in the same kind of weather. The staff was not friendly. And we did not get a complimentary breakfast. We also got charged for parking, and the motel did not have valet parking.
