    Sneaky parking charge. $15 a day. They run your card again at check in. For $50. Saying it’s a damage deposit. But really it’s for the the parking, sneaky. Just be up front with your greedy parking fee. Will not be going back

    What can I say. Seaside Amelia was recommended by friends and it didn't disappoint. It's in a great spot right on the beach and you don't have to cross over a long walkway to get there. It's our first time here and if I had to recommend a place, this would be it.

    My wife and I always stay here when we visit the island. We appreciate the hotel is only steps away from the beach. Most rooms are small but we are only there to sleep not spend time in the rooms. We always recommend this location to anyone traveling to Amelia Island.

    I was so excited to get to my room at Amelia by the sea.The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. But,every door I encountered was so big and heavy.,I had a heck of a time getting into the building and into my room!once I was in the room there was no view of the water,and, I noticed that the stuffing was hanging out under the bed.This was a disappointing experience in Fernandino beach.
