Location. Price is fine for the location. Parking and staff. Breakfast and lobby coffee machine is great. I stay here to have close access to Ft Clinch MTB trails.
Showing it age but still comfy. Lock on door not screwed tight to the wall, toilet runs. It was turned off when I got into the room. Had turn on myself. No big deal, but some people may not how to.

I feel like breakfasts can be so much better with just a little effort. Like fresh eggs, not powdered. Spend a bit more for quality sausage instead of what would qualify as mystery meat. Offer real cream or half and half with a good brand of coffee. Be aware that some people are very sensitive to candles and air fresheners. Make sure refrigerators are in proper working condition ... the one in our room froze all of the groceries we purchased and had to be thrown out. Be sure that the room you're assigning to your guests are clean and ready to be occupied .. it's not difficult to have an accurate inventory.
