Dirty, curtain rod on the shower was about ready to fall off, over sized hole where shower head came out of wall. Hallways had dirty carpet, bedroom carpet was not well vacuumed. Fire alarm was not on, but did find it under mattress.

Room smells bad. Bedsheets didn’t feel fresh and breakfast was very limited. Not even orange juice was available.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. The housekeeping did all they could. But the place needs some refreshing. Missing doors, dingy dinged up walls, nasty carpets. Oh, and the 3 drunk me. Outside cat calling my young daughter! Awful place

The entire staff was extremely nice. This one guy that checked us in took our luggage and climbed up a flight of stairs and brought it right to our room. The room was very clean.

The bathroom was clean.

The carpet was so dirty you couldn't really tell the color and the comforter had numerous stains. There was no elevator and we had luggage to carry up the stairs. Not impossible but not convenient.

It was next door to Taco Bell

It felt like the air in the lobby and halls did not work. The air was not on in the room so it was very hot inside. Elevator did not work and had to use the stairs, which was not a big deal. As we were leaving, I witnessed a lady in a wheel chair crawling down the stairs because of the elevators. Not only was that an inconvenience for her, but I’m sure it was humiliating as well. The motel was not very clean or in good repair.

Cleanliness, odor of sanitizer was strong, bath faucet had constant drip, light from hallway easily penetrated room due to poor seals.

Close to the interstate and it was relatively cheap.

I didn't realize it's in the middle of a giant road construction zone.The area is a mess, the traffic was bad. The stressful location made it a real downer to stay at. Also, I won't book with you again because you made the room.non- refundable. Never again. I'd wanted to change it but I was stuck. Take me off your email list forever.

Poor facilities and atmosphere

Nothing, wish I didn’t stay here.

Everything was in disrepair. Many guests seemed to be living at the property, staff was intentionally difficult about getting a discount for a room that had many things broken or not clean in it. This room and stay was not even close to being worth what we paid for it. I would rather camp than stay in such an environment again.
