This was a good nice, clean and accommodating property with a good breakfast.

All went well. Although it's not the Ritz Carlton, the property was very nice, clean, with a good breakfast. The staff were friendly and helptul.

It was fairly price friendly given the time of year.

Windows had no sound insulation ( location is next to highway), elevators were janky, booster seats in the dining room were explicitly not for padded chairs but they only had padded chairs, only 1 high-chair for the entire dining room, toilets in the room were ridiculously loud (making it near impossible to use the restroom without waking everyone in the room)

Room I reserved and pre-paid for was not available upon arrival. Did not receive any notice of this before arrival. Was told I could have a double size bed instead of king I reserved. Refused offer and told them to cancel the stay. Have yet to receive refund and hope that this gets resolved as it should have been done in full immediately while I was standing at the desk.

The breakfast was okay. Nothing to make it stand out from other motels. The room was really nice large lots of room. Bigger than most hotel rooms.

The pillows were small and felt like I was sleeping on a rock. Such small pillows with no filling. To me that was the only real drawback.

We had to get our room key reactivated each day. Eventhough we understand most hotels today do not change linens each day, there was no room service to even re-supply coffee, cups or condiments. We had to ask for them. No trash removal nor cleaning.

Mediocre breakfast but the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I chose this property because it advertised airport shuttle service, so when I arrived I called the phone number for a pickup. The automated answering system said to select for reservations, front desk, etc, so I selected the number for the front desk. It then rang for half an hour without anyone picking up, so I eventually WALKED the 2 miles to the hotel. At check in the agent just shrugged and said there wasn't anyone on staff to run the shuttle. If I'd known there wasn't a shuttle I would have picked somewhere much cheaper and more convenient.

Very disappointing! Paid a room for four but only three could sleep.

When looking for a room for a family of four, booking.com and the Wyndham website proposed a King room mentioning my family with children of 12 and 15 would fit in. Once arrived they only put in one extra single person-bed and could not give a second one due to fire safety. I had to spend the night sleeping on the ground although their website proposed this room would fit my family. Off course I do respect fire regulations but it is not the client’s responsibility to check whether there can be added enough beds according these safety regulations. Moreover, I don’t understand why I couldn’t get an extra bed for a fourth person but they let me sleep on the ground so the total in the room was still four. Maybe ok for fire regulations but maybe not for fire safety. It is now a month ago and I’ve written several mails to Wyndham corporate and the property asking my money back (or at least a reduction?!). I was only offered Wyndham reward points stating that my request was under review but furthermore they both advised me to contact the other (corporate versus the property management) … .

The pool is a little beat up the key cards. Keep losing their connection to the room to open the door the staff or somebody say we need to ask for service in the room the day before and should’ve told us when we walked in the building.

Big open room. Great outdoor pool and hot tub. Location the college campus was great!

Bed was hard as a rock! I was traveling for work, and the desk lamp didn't work. I have 2 computer screens as I'm an accountant. I took a light bulb out of another lamp and lamp still didn't work. I called the front desk ad she said to flip the switch on the wall as the rooms were wired weird. I did that and lamp still didn't work. I asked for someone to come fix it but nobody ever came and fixed it. It was disappointing as I had to leave the curtains open and deal with the glare just to see my work. Breakfast was so so.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was always fine, but this time was AWFUL. The only nice thing was the convenience to the interstate and the parking was easy.

They put us in a room with a door that connected to another room. And you could hear EVERYTHING…. We could hear the man next to us on the phone, hear when he sniffed or blew his nose, could hear when he flushed his toilet… it was AWFUL. The elevator in the back of the property seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned in 20 years, it was so dirty and rattled like crazy when we took it, so we chose the stairs after first loading in our luggage. The hotel lobby smelled like an ash tray and it was overall just a very bad stay.

Well worth the price! Clean, up to date, well decorated, very convenient parking and super nice staff

Property was well kept, clean and super convenient!! Staff was super nice and met the cleaning crew first thing (forgot to put up the Do Not disturb sign) but they were very nice and room was nice and clean.

Quiet for as packed as it was. Love that people had friendly dogs out for last minute walks.
