it would’ve been great but nobody took the time to check in on and do the right thing

the lovely adobe style architecture.

hot water didnt work well. i got a hot tub suite and was looking forward to soaking after a long day. i reached out on bookings app after 2 times still no response management of the property . the breakfast was ok first day but 2nd day it was obviously reheated and the croissants were hard as adobe.

Do NOT stay here!! Dirty dirty rooms. We left after switching rooms twice.

First of all this hotel should be given 1-2 stars and that’s being generous. Our first room was dirty! the sheets that had dirt shoe print & small black hairs on the sheets, carpets wasn’t vacuumed & floor weren’t washed. We switched to a different room and the sheets were cleaner but the room was dirtier! Smelled like sour toe jam, carpets were dirty with pet hair and debris, toilet was leaking in the bathroom which had water everywhere & the cherry on top was hand prints on the head board with mysterious crusted substance! 🤮 we immediately left in search for a different hotel. Also the pictures online don’t match any of the rooms we were given.

Proximity to I-79 Great breakfast and young lady caring for the breakfast area was pleasant and very attentive. Front desk staff great.

Comfortable and clean, just a bit dated

It’s older but clean. The bathrooms had new tile on the floor but the shower/tub and toilet were older. Could use a refresh. The pool was nice but needs a refurbishment. The beds were really comfortable and it was quiet. The pillows were too soft though.

The neighborhood around it is quite depressed. It didn’t help that the Wendy’s next door was fenced off and loomed empty, but they began construction work on it.

Very pleasant overall.

It was conveniently located and very comfy and clean with enough luggage carts available. Just what I needed after a long drive.

No freezer portion in the lil fridge, so there was nowhere to refreeze my cooler packs overnight for the food I brought on my road trip. Wished I could have had at least until noon for a late check out, since I arrived late at night. Otherwise everything was great.

Stay here!

Really nice staff! The nice remodel and someone's talent created a very comfortable space. Indoor pool and hot tub were clean. They take care of their space and treat everyone very well. Their attention to detail and professionalism were appreciated. I even booked another night past my reservation because I had other sights to see.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

At 3am I had to use the bathroom and the toilet flush handle broke. Then the water in the tank overfilled pouring water all over. I shut the water to the toilet off at the valve. Then mopped up the water with towels. I did not get a good night sleep at all. When I checked out in the morning I told them about it and asked for a refund on the room. The lady at the counter said her boss would not give me a refund. I probably saved them a LOT OF MONEY by shutting the water off AT 3 AM and mopping up the water! I plan to leave them more bad reviews. This is bad business practice!! I am very upset about this! I had to use the bathroom down the hallway in the lobby!

Convenient but NO thrill

Right off of I-70, so convenient. Morning clerk was extra friendly. I door pool was ok.

More expensive to stay, & breakfast was so-so (had to keep asking attendant for food and not as many options- understand keeping things sparingly so no waste, but when in a hurry/don’t want to act like a piranha to get food). Coffee was horrible!!! Good thing a Starbucks is around the corner, but add $20 to the bill we shouldn’t have had to spend.

Friendly, clean, safe and enjoyable

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and safe. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was controllable and effective. All of the outlets and lights worked. Mostly, it was the incredible staff members who made this stay enjoyable! Every smile and friendly word made a difference to our days there.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so moisture from showers and smells from the restroom filled the hotel room. Some family members used the common restroom near the lobby instead, and we purchased an air freshener to help with morning breath that would linger in the room all day. The toilet wobbled when it was being used.

Stair wells were filthy as was the elevator. Decor of room was a jumbled mess. Bathtub was cracked. Opted out of taking a shower. Floorboards were coming off the walls.

The location was nice and the room was very clean! Having the fridge and microwave was a plus!

The breakfast wasn't the same as other comfort inns. We went on the early side one morning and later before it was finished the next day. Both times there was no sausage or bacon. There was only one choice of egg which was round with pepper cooked into it which my kid didn't want to eat. We only found toast and english muffins but no bagels. Compared to other comfort inns we have stayed at before the breakfast options were very small. I had to find other breakfast options outside the hotel both of the days. This was the only dislike at this hotel.

Fitness gym. All machines had something broken about them. An A/C unit has a bench outside the window with a guy smoking. Filled the room with cigarette smoke. Equipment was minimal and pretty useless. Very tiny.

Construction

They called me to ask for access to my room while I was away to perform construction. I thought that was strange. Then when I did arrive, they did indeed replace multiple fixtures while I sat on the bed. 3 strange men in my hotel room with me. I switched hotels. That's ludicrous.

hotel has just been remodeled. it is very clean. the gym is a bit cramped, but functional. there is always fresh hot coffee available. breakfast is good. hot food each day and plenty of cereal, toast, etc. Nice outdoor seating with a gas grill.

I truly loved how pet friendly it was. Not only did the staff welcome me with open arms and amazing customer service, he also gave me a bag with treats for my pet. It may not mean much but after being on the road for hours it’s honestly the small things that made my day. Room was super clean and beds were comfortable.

Great place for every kind of traveler to stay.

The hotel was conveniently located next to a Wendy’s & was very ADA compliant for disabled & Senior guests. The breakfast was wonderful; fried eggs, bacon, 2 kinds of waffles, hot cereal as well as cold. They also have yogurt, muffins bagels & toast. Normal juice choices as well as coffee & tea. The pool & hot tub are indoors & looked very inviting.The beds were heavenly comfortable. The room was equipped with many charging stations choices for your devices. They have a small refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. One of the best perks to the rooms are the many choices of lighting.
