It has always been an excellent Hotel and I usually stay there when travelling to Grand Junction. It is a bonus that it is part of the Hilton Brand.
For the Prices they charge, requiring customers to pay for parking is what I consider gouging. I understand they were going through construction, but it appears the Staff was not ready for it.

The accesible hot water and the service at the bar with Nicki was wonderful.
Cleanliness was incredibly lacking, inoperable amenities, low quality sheets, room temperature 78 degrees at night, minimal shade in pool area and not welcoming at all.
