Staff was knowledgeable about the limited breakfast options with a person with dairy and gluten allergies and said they would charge a reduced fee I choose to eat elsewhere.
Bed was way too soft and no one knew where stairs were located and stairs weren't shown on elevator maps. Huge safety issues that would stop me from staying again.

The airport shuttle and the drivers were nice
Lack of an option to use stairs to and from the room.
Beds way too soft and no option to select a room with a firm bed.
No microwave in the room.
A/C made lots of noise but no cool air
