The room was upstairs. It felt safe and secure. The bed was really comfortable. It was quiet as well. There were ducks out back in little ponds... You can walk to beach from hotel...its a little ways...but you have to expect that givin that it is nice and quiet. The fire place was perfect. Set nice ambiance.

Cleanliness & well stocked. We had a small issue & it was resolved quickly & in a wonderful manner.

The beds were comfortable with an ocean view. It was nice to have coffee in the room and a refrigerator.
The walls need more insulation. We could hear the neighbors kids yelling clearly as well as dogs barking. The rooms were fairly clean but a little worn down looking. Had to relocate the coffee maker to where the short cord could plug in. You might want to include a power strip or extension chord to keep the coffee maker on the table. I thought it was strange that there was no maid service. We could go to the front desk to get new towels if needed. But I would have expected to pay less for a room like that with less service provided.
