The room was what we expected from the online registration. The staff were friendly and very informative. It was very close to the beach which made walking the dogs a lot of fun.
There was no elevator

Plenty of parking.
1) 3 floors and no elevator. 2) Older well used facility. 3) No AC.

The beds were comfortable with an ocean view. It was nice to have coffee in the room and a refrigerator.
The walls need more insulation. We could hear the neighbors kids yelling clearly as well as dogs barking. The rooms were fairly clean but a little worn down looking. Had to relocate the coffee maker to where the short cord could plug in. You might want to include a power strip or extension chord to keep the coffee maker on the table. I thought it was strange that there was no maid service. We could go to the front desk to get new towels if needed. But I would have expected to pay less for a room like that with less service provided.
