Cute rooms with personality
Coffee/tea station with cups were located in the bathroom (not preferred) and covered in dust (which made it seem like the area hadn’t been cleaned/wiped down in a while)

The location, in the middle of the peninsula, is great because we wanted to sped time at the north end and the south end, as well as in the middle.
Blackout shades/drapes are planned, and they will do a better job of darkening the room for sleeping.
