Great getaway for a couple. Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable, you can hear the ocean while you sleep and it’s just a great place to escape to.

Really enjoyed the folks that work here, the facilities like sauna and pool, and especially the location. However, our room was very strange and paled in comparison to the neighboring rooms. We felt pretty disappointed based on the cost, and no coffee in rooms either. It is available in the lobby, but at *** plus a night it was very lacking.

My wife and I needed a place for just the night. The decor was all really cool, everything was clean and looked nice. Unfortunately, when we took showers in the evening, the hot water didn’t work. The following morning, no problem, but it wasn’t fun taking a cold shower after a long drive.
Staff was wonderful, the cafe had a great little coffee bar. Very comfy bed. A/C unfortunately could be turned down, and kept the room pretty warm, despite the cool evening, so we slept with the window open.
Had a mini fridge for some brews.
Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I chose to book a room based on positive guest reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.
While your staff was helpful and professional, I encountered several issues during my stay:
- Noise Disturbance: The sound insulation is quite poor. I could clearly hear people walking and moving on the floor above me at every night for the last 2 night even at 2 Am. I now understand why earplugs are provided in the room, but this did not fully resolve the disruption.
- Bedding Quality: The pillows were very uncomfortable. They lacked support and felt as though the air escaped the moment I laid my head down.
- Pool Facilities: One of the main reasons I selected this hotel was for the pool. However, because the pool is in an open area, it was far too cold to enjoy when getting out of the water.
- Amenities: I was also disappointed to find that no breakfast is served on-site, though I did appreciate the complimentary coffee or Tea available in the lobby.
