What happened Best Western? A bit disappointed.

I had requested a roller bed for one day but I was told I had to get it for both days and at the end of my stay I would get a credit for the day I did not use it. I thought that was unnecessary since I told them I only needed it for one night.

Both lamps by the bed were not working. They also fail to let us know at check-in that housekeeping is upon request.

Clean and convenient

The location was convenient. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was very small. You to step into the shower to open the bathroom door. Breakfast could be better. The waffles were good, but the eggs were bland.

Rooms were very clean

We got there 2:45pm and wanted to check in but staff was so rude they wouldn't let us check in and made us wait 15 minutes or wanted to charge $30 extra for 15 minutes. We travelled 4 hours and were tired. We were not asking for too much. They could have started checking us in and by then it would be 3pm but they waited till 3 to even start checking us in.

Not my first choice again.

Convenient location

When checking in, the service clerk was clearly absorbed in personal business on his cel phone; I waited 10 minutes for him to acknowledge me standing at the counter. The housekeeping staff did not service my room during a 4- day stay. The only doorknob signs are ‘don’t not disturb’. There are no ‘please service my room’ sign options. Staff never serviced my room. I had to take my own trash to an outside trash bin. When I asked about this and for fresh washcloths, I received less than friendly treatment. It was indifference. The morning coffee was weak in the lobby. The coffee packets in the room were stale.

I feel like I was conned. I was sold a room with air conditioning and did not get that.

Location was good.

When we got to breakfast (about 9 a.m.) there was almost nothing left....maybe 3 slices of bread in the bread box, and no muffins. No fruit aside from apple. BIGGEST PROBLEM: The air conditioner unit in our room was non-usable. The electric cord simply did not reach the outlet, indicating that this was NOT a new problem. When I complained to the front desk, I was assured that I would receive a partial refund. The next morning, after a 15 minute wait at the desk, I was told by the manager that she would have to call me later to issue the refund. 4 days later I have yet to receive a phone call, despite me calling back TWICE to try to reach her. This is VERY POOR SERVICE and feels dishonest and I will definitely NOT stay at a Best Western again if I can help it.

Good location, felt safe. Rooms are older but decent. Front desk staff were friendly. Price was a little too high for this hotel.

Selection of breakfast foods was limited. Waffle mix was watery and didn’t make good waffles. Attendant complained when she had to refill milk. Wish there was fresh brewed coffe, not concentrate

there is a low humming sound all night which made it difficult for me to sleep, probably because i'm from a rural area that is quiet at night. we stayed in room 135 and i think it's close to a maintenance room and some equipment runs all night and creates a low humming noise
