Small room but pretty clean except 1 Window shade slightly broken. Good view of river. Location is excellent close to downtown and boardwalk. Small lobby but with coffee water tea and soda. Staff was courteous.

The Inn itself is quite lovely, clean and in a great location. However, our room was quite small, located on the second floor. There was a guest above us on the third floor that made noise, walking around the room, dropping stuff, etc. past midnight and up again around 5 am.

We thought we were staying in the main hosue, we were in a back building with a few rooms. Our room was not clean and looked there were something needing repair. The driveway was not easy to maneuver around.

got there early and they let us park so we could enjoy the boardwalk. the staff was great and our room was ready on time. this is the second time we have stayed and will stay again next time we are in town
