My husband and I spent 3nights at the SC Hyatt! For sure, it’s abit pricier, but well worth every pretty penny!
1) we especially appreciated our spacious room which housed a L- shaped roomy sofa. That means we don’t have to sit on our beds. It also means that we have more space in our room to settle in and not feel cramped between a desk and a bed. Thanks Hyatt!
2) our flight attendant Daughter has taught us to clean or re-clean our hotel rooms. We did the same this time, however, it was obvious that the room was spotless and well cared for.

3) Hyatt Place is located right off the main drag on Ocean Avenue, which leads into Santa Cruz‘s boardwalk neighborhood/downtown.
Since it located on a quiet side street, it remains a calm and peaceful oasis alongside a busy traffic corridor. Thanks Hyatt!
4) the friendly staff at Hyatt Place is cordial, helpful and accessible - that includes the staff at the front desk as well as the fellows manning the valet out front. Actually, these fellows are your Frontline people greeting and welcoming every visitor and guest as they enter inside. Thanks Hyatt!
