I stayed in unit 220 I believe and it was dusty and the bed had bedbugs if they gonna let people with dogs stay they should have the same units for the same people that has pets luckily the guy that was at the front desk helped me out and gave me a unit in the 3rd floor and it was better . When I got to the hotel the guy wasn’t the one who attend me it was a lady just to be clear .

This email is to extended stay guess relations. I plan to escalate this issue as high as possible as no one should be lured into staying at this property.
I recently stayed at your property Extended Stay San Jose Morgan Hill after booking online through Booking.com. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, and the conditions were unacceptable.
We checked in on Friday evening, 8/8, after a long drive for our daughter’s soccer tournament. Immediately, we noticed several serious issues:
The rolling luggage cart was covered in pet hair and grime.
The parking lot was filled with feral cats.
The smell of marijuana was so strong in the hotel that it seeped into our room.
The floors and walls in our room were visibly dirty, and there were bugs on the AC unit.
When checking the mattresses for bed bugs, we discovered drug paraphernalia and dirty tissues underneath — raising serious safety concerns, including the potential presence of fentanyl.
I reported these issues immediately to both the front desk and Booking.com. I requested an immediate refund so we could move to another property. I was told that Booking.com had requested the manager contact them to process the refund, but this never happened. Booking also is not taking any responsibility or helping in anyway. The front desk at no time came to inspect the room or remove the items found.
Due to the unsafe and unsanitary conditions, we could not have our daughter stay at the property. We had to arrange for our daughter to stay with another family for the tournament weekend.
On 8/11, I spoke with the onsite manager, Stacy, who offered to refund only one night’s stay. This is not acceptable given the circumstances. The property felt unsafe, unhygienic, and wholly unfit for guests — yet we were charged a nightly rate that does not match the conditions provided. The hotel is nothing more than a homeless shelter/drug house.

This is a large property. The staff is unaware of the rules of the ADA. We specifically requested a disabled room with a walk-in shower and were confirmed. We arrived at this hotel and the agent had given away our room away. She said stated it was late and not available. It was 3:15. She kept telling us she had another room, but it was not disabled. We declined our reservation, asked for a refund and left. Fortunately, we were able to find a wonderful room at the hotel’s competitiver . I was in informed that the ADA has a policy to prevent this problem. “If you have a confirmed reservation for a disabled room and it was given away to another customer, the hotel is obligated to provide another room from a competitor and pay for the room”. The hotel didn’t not try to find us another room or offer a refund and I had to call back and ensure we were not charged. Please train your front desk personnel!!! We will not reserve a room at your hotel for future travel..

I liked the location. Walmart & Taco shop close by. You could take a little drive to In n Out for a Burger also.
There were no plates, spoons, pans etc in the kitchen. There is no coffee machine. You have to walk to the front desk for coffee and all other necessities.

The gentleman that was there that checked us in had excellent customer service.
The first room is on the 2nd floor and we couldn't get into the room the card reader wasn't working and had to go downstairs The customer service representative was busy gave me a working key went back upstairs opened the door and the stench was horrendous. The tub really needed resurfacing it's peeling makes it look worse even dirtier I went back downstairs and gave us another room and went back upstairs and opened the .. 2nd room stunk horrible. .. this is hotel is in Desperate need of some serious deep cleaning they stink the whole room the carpets are dirty the room is dirty.. It was a horrible experience. Will never recommend this hotel. Ended up driving back home in the middle of the night. Oh forgot to mention as we were leaving there were possums raccoons and skunks all together mind you ..they were eating out of plates that people left for them to eat It was actually comical the talk of the night ..

I stayed in another hotel in Morgan Hill a few weeks back. Cost similar but location closer to my family.
The room came with 2 face cloths, 2 hand towels and four very small bath towels. You have to request kitchen items to have any supplies in the room but there is one dish towel. The toiletries include 3 small bars of soap which includes the kitchen sink. You can request a small bottle of shampoo but that is it. There is no dish soap so you would have to wash dishes the the bottle of shampoo or the bar of soap.
The tub in the shower was dirty. The bottom of the tub looked like it had never been scrubbed. Needed flip flops to shower. The bathroom counter had a bunch of sticky goo where one puts all their toiletries. The flow of the shower head was next to nothing. There was splashed brown stuff on the wall by the bed and above the nightstand on the side near the bed. I had asked for the room to be cleaned and was notified they only clean the rooms every two weeks. I wasn't told how to exchange towels upon arrival so several days into my stay I learned that if you bring your dirty towels to the front desk they will do an even exchange. So if you are there less than two weeks, they don't clean the rooms while you are there even if garbage is full, towels need exchanging or even upon request.
The breakfast is merely a packaged blueberry muffin, a sugar fruit filled granola bar and some coffee sometimes hot chocolate. On Sunday it improved to include also a chocolate packaged muffin and some packaged oatmeal. For the same cost staying at previous hotels in the area, the rooms were much cleaner and the breakfast was far better including fruit.

Friendly and helpful front desk.
The entire hotel smelled bad - like curry and Marijuana. The TV would not turn on. The reservation said breakfast included, but it consisted of watered-down coffee, creamers with clogged pumps, and instant oatmeal in packets.
