Comfortable place to crash for a night.

We were staying here for a night on the way to San Francisco airport. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed in it, good car parking outside, etc.

It was okay

Liked they offered breakfast and had a pool. Staff was friendly.

The building is dated and the rooms need updating. Wall paper was coming off in places and the carpet was damaged. It’s also is pretty noisy next to the freeway.

An excellent place to stay for families

Everything was so easy and convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly. The suite was very roomy even with a pack n play our toddler was able to play around easily in the rooms. Jacuzzi bathtub was comfortable. The pool was heated and clean. Breakfast had a big variety and even changed it up a bit the second morning. Housekeeping helped our room out without even needing to ask. They stocked us up with more towels and new bedding which was super nice after a long day out.

There was absolutely nothing negative about this hotel.

I liked the dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. The bed was also super comfortable and the pillows were HUGE!

Stayed for a soccer tournament and the hotel was super close to the sports complex

Decent place to stay.

We picked this hotel because of the options to pay at check in and cancellation policy. The room came with breakfast, and the breakfast area was inviting. Sound insulation in our room was relatively poor as we could hear our neighbors easily (probably the connecting door). They made up the room the next day, which is somewhat rare these days if not asked.

The refrigerator wasn’t connected and it stink like mold. Tv wasn’t working. The bathroom drainer wasn’t working, the water was stuck when we were in the shower.

I booked a room 2 months ago through bookings for a holiday inn at Morgan Hill California. At that time I requested a room with 2 queen beds. I received an email on May 15 saying that they could honor that request. I just checked into the room and it has a king bed with a pull out. I went back to the front desk and showed them the email and asked to be moved to a room with 2 queen beds. They said they did not have any left and that they did not get a notification of my request. I then asked for a second room and they said they were sold out even though I heard them tell the people in front of me " good thing we have rooms left". I then asked them to refund my room so I could go next door and they said they couldn't because I booked through bookings. I feel like I am backed into a corner. I am not happy about sleeping on a pull out sofa with little sleep and a painful back for the rest of my trip. I would like IHG to contact the property and find out where the communication gap was between the email they sent me and the note on the hotel system and fix this so others don't have the same problem.
