It was clean and the location was great for Jack Stephens Arena. The night staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.
It was older and a bit run down. The ceiling had bubbled up paint on it. The floor was a bit worn and the couch looked a bit gross. I did not sit on it.

Location
The first room we had the shower didn’t work (202). The second room (212) the pipe for the shower head was not anchored to the wall and there was an opening into the wall around it. The tub drained slow so you would be standing in ankle deep water while showering. The pillow cases had holes in them and the mattress protectors had stains on them. The mattresses were stained as well. The sheet rock on the ceiling was peeling from a previous water leak. The floors were sticky. We had booked two nights to stay the day before and after my husband’s surgery. We stayed the first night, but I told them we would not return for the second night. There was no way I would bring my husband back to recover there after surgery. Cancelation fee was $100. I didn’t cancel I just took the loss of the second night stay.

Location and staff assistance. Very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was fair. Egg substitute needs to be modified.

The staff is always very welcoming. It is usually the best place to stay due to it's proximity to medical facilities.
I was very disappointed that their courtesy transportation was not available!! A lot of us go there for medical purposes and often travel alone. We depended on that being available in case we have to have a procedure and can't drive ourselves back. Please bring it back!!

We were drawn by its higher star ratings on Booking, lower price and location.
Facilities run down, ceiling in bathroom peeling, lights didn’t work, threadbare towels and staff who couldn’t do a thing about it because of some offsite “Management” . No coffee cups provided in the room with maker, etc. The staff was kind but helpless. We were in town for a family funeral and it was a stressful visit on top of having little to zero comfort in our accommodations.

Location was good. Felt safe there. A little awkward to get into lot turning across hospital entrance. Mostly quiet. Staff was attentive. Room was clean.
Clock/Radio in room didn't work. TV volume wasn't adjustable, either too loud or too soft. Some outlets were non - functioning (electrical). A couple more full-size towels would have been nice.

The location. And the beds were comfy
A/C didn’t work in first room. But Staff moved me. Jawan I think was his name. Staff was great. The rook smelled like old stale cigarette smoke, but at least I could open the window. I went down to breakfast at 7:30. Eggs bacon and sausage were all gone. I asked the desk clerk and she said “that’s it.” Never heard that before but ok.

It was a wonderful property, it felt cozy and charming. The parking felt safe and so did the staff there, they made you feel welcome. One of the ladies at the front desk was so sweet. I can’t remember her name but she has blonde hair, she made me feel so welcome. Everything was clean, even though the building is older and outdated, it’s still so nice. It gives it charm and character, while still being safe, comfy and clean.
Nothing at all, it was perfect.

Good location. Great if you have someone in the hospital. Night staff tried to be accommodating. Quiet place.
Went from cool room with cold water, painted over mold, stale smells, and cold water to hot room with hot water and rust stains. Breakfast was cold coffee, and old food. I blame lack of guests staying.

The property was close to where I needed to be at the UMAS Medical Center and close to just about everything the staff was great Karen and the rest of staff was really nice
Our room wasn’t very clean. The cat was a little dirty, which we never sat on floor was dirty I wore. White socks, and turned black.
The room was a little outdated, but the bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. The air got really hot smoke alarm went off and smelled burnt, but we turned the air condition off. It wasn’t too bad. The cleaner came in the second day and mop the floor and it was still pretty dirty, it was an OK. stay we slept pretty good

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location was good. Room was quiet
Facility could be better maintained. Room was clean but showed wear and tear. Front doors were not working and had to be pulled open and closed.
Not enough close parking for customers. Too many EV chargers in front parking spaces.

I recently stayed at the Guest Inn and Suites in Little Rock, Arkansas, and had a very pleasant experience. The location was incredibly convenient—adjacent to a medical center and just minutes away from the interstate, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the abundance of dining options nearby, many of which were within walking distance. Whether you're in town for medical reasons, business, or just passing through, the location is hard to beat.
The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom was modern, well-maintained, and spotless. It’s clear that cleanliness is a priority at this hotel. In the morning, I was pleased to find that the breakfast served was fresh and satisfying—a great way to start the day.
What stood out most to me, though, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about the guests’ comfort. There’s a warmth to the hospitality here that makes you feel like more than just a customer—you’re treated like a guest in the truest sense of the word. It’s that personal touch that really sets this hotel apart.
While the Guest Inn and Suites isn’t a luxury property and lacks amenities like a pool, it offers a cozy, safe, and pleasant environment. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a well-located, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Little Rock.
There really wasn't anything that I disliked about this property. While they do take a $150 deposit, it can be done either with a credit card (which can take a few days to be released after checkout) or cash, which is returned to you when you check out.

The breakfast was really good. We woke up later than we wanted, so we missed some of the breakfast items. The beds were very comfortable. The suite was huge, like a small apartment. Compared to what I have stayed in before, it was exceptional. Friendly staff. Ease of transferring our things to room and back was amazing. We will be probably be staying again in the future.
There was nothing that we didn't like.
