Decor & location

No one at the front desk until 8 am. No continental breakfast as advertised. Bathtub had random long maroon hair in it & base of toilet not clean.

It was near many amenities

Parking lot used to have a pool apparently. Area wasn't marked and I damn near broke an axel going over what used to be a pool. The staff charged a black person a damage deposit where as they didn't charge me any. Girlfriend lost property and they told us they threw it away. There was blood stains on the sheets

It wasn't what they showed online there was a bunch of people sitting outside smoking weed there was a guy sitting on the stairs with a gun the beds were hard and it's stunk in here

Pleasant and practical

The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The headboards were beautiful paintings of places in Arkansas. The towels and washcloths were arranged aesthetically. They have a micro-fridge and microwave. The air conditioner was set to 70 when I got in the room, so it was very comfortable. The hotel is located just a block from the entrance to two interstate highways. There is also an Exxon gas station right in the same parking lot as the hotel.

The booking advertisement and the confirmation email I received both said that breakfast was included in the reservation, but when we asked about it, they said they do not serve breakfast. It's not a problem not to serve breakfast. It's a problem to say you do when you don't. There is construction going on, but to be honest, I didn't even notice it until the following morning as we were leaving.

If I turned off the light, all the electric went down. I had the choice to sleep with the lights on or charge my phone. Which was dead anyway. No one ever answered the phone and I'm handicapped, so that's what I got.

The price was good. The shower was clean & hot.

I was told there was NO breakfast because they are under construction! If I had known no breakfast, I would have booked at another hotel. The desk clerk was not sympathetic. He said if we wanted we could get a refund and go somewhere else. I could barely understand him with such a thick accent. After driving all day from Bristol, TN, my brother-in-law and I decided to stay. No breakfast meant added expense for 2 breakfasts (2 days) for 3 people.

It all was too stressful

The lady that checked me was not very helpful , I asked where 130 was located n she said behind us. And I said could you tell me a little more n she ignored me. I looked n looked for room n as I was driving threw parking lot I drove off a curb thing n probably messed car up.

The room and amenities were good.

The attitude of the night staff was not good. The property was advertised to include breakfast but the is no breakfast available. The staff was unsympathetic, saying I could go somewhere else, but refusing to discount any though services were not available. The coffee offered in the morning did not taste right. The staff refilled the machine, but it was still undrinkable.

Last ditch option, don't use the towels

That I only needed to stay there 8 hours at night, heater was working properly.

All the towels were dirty and smelled terrible, it appears that these white towels have never been washed with bleach, completely disgusting.
