The lady who checked us in on Friday afternoon was amazing. We had so much fun talking to her. The room was good. Aircon worked great. Bed and pillows was comfortable. No issues with the room. Great location in Cherokee.

Breakfast is lacking. They did have something to get to eat. Coffee,waffles, fruit, cereal. Property needs some TLC.

Disappointing.

It was close to the river and had a good Mountain View.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk and we were right on time for 4:00 check in time. Then when we finally got someone to check us in, she was rude. Wouldn’t stay again. Breakfast was also disappointing and unappealing. The “bold” coffee was weak as well.

So disappointed with the hotel during this stay.

The staff were very nice if we brought up a concern.

We have stayed at this hotel many many times in the past but this weekend we were disappointed. When we went into the room, it smelled. I thought it was from someone smoking but apparently the cleaning staff left a dirty towel in the bathroom. The room also had stink bugs in the room. One actually got in my husband’s shirt. The heating element was broken and fell off but it still heated the room just fine. I am not sure if we will stay here again.

For what was paid, room had no hot water in shower. Had to dig for the blanket on the bed. It was covered up on top by a sheet.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in is easy. The rooms are extremely clean.The bathroom shower has fantastic water pressure!! They are always well stocked. The breakfast has a great variety of items for a family. The pool was busy and well kept. Plenty of coffee for me at breakfast 😋

The ac was turned completely off when we entered the room at 4 pm and it was over 80 degrees outside the room read 81 and it literally took all evening n part of the night for the room to cool to a comfortable 74 degrees(still warmer than I prefer but doable)

there was never anyone at the desk. The halls smelled very strongly or curry. The inter net did not work two days of a three night stay.

The toilet not secure to floor and could have been nice if the bathroom had a fan to pull steam from shower and smell when the rest room was used.

The Manager or owner or what ever she was, her husband or father or what ever he was, couldn't speak English, but yet he tried to keep my spouse's service dog from staying, which is against the law in the USA, and then accused her of smoking in our room , when she saw her outside like she was supposed to.sucked
