We had a very good stay and will stay here the next time we come to Cherokee.

Breakfast was OK could have been more choices, room was clean and beds were comfortable on complaint wife said TV was small. shower floor was slick but in all bathroom was clean and stocked.

The blonde front desk lady for nightshift was extremely understanding and helpful. Jacuzzi was nice

Customer service and cleanliness were horrible. We arrived to our room and noticed dirty sheets, a lighter on the bed, dirty washcloths that did not belong to us or the hotel, and nasty stains everywhere. Breakfast was mediocre and the bread products were stale. When we tried to tell the front desk in the morning at check out, the elderly lady ignored us and started tapping at our baby as if we weren't talking to her. We will not be staying here again as someone with children. We would never recommend this place to a family.

Pool is severely outdated, hot tub is a dump, bed sheets are microfiber and feel cheap, no fire pit, no microwave in rooms, and if you’re on the first floor, some rooms get no sunlight or a outside view

I’ve stayed two times before , but this visit was disappointing. before

Location was very close to Cherokee but not on the noisy main street side. Price was comparable but not overly expensive.

My room had new carpet but the furniture was worn, chipped, and the shelving unit/closet was warped by humidity. Room smelled of musky odor. Iron present but no ironing board, refrigerator but no microwave, no clothes hangers, hot water was Luke warm at all times. People were smoking marijuana outside hotel and the smell came through the AC! Continental breakfast was limited.

The breakfast was mediocre and the location was good. The pool and hot tub and elevator was NOT WORKING! We paid for the amenities and didn't get them...very DISAPPOINTED, noise from upstairs room kept us awake or woke us up at 3:30AM! TOILET wasn't flushing properly, a light in our room wasn't working and only 2 channels were clear enough to watch. An outside security door wouldn't latch properly therefore allowing anyone off the streets to walk in, the carpets were so dirty that our feet turned BLACK! WE had to wash our feet before we put our shoes on, the beds weren't comfortable at all , the pillows were hard and flat AND it was not a safe feeling to have LIVE IN TENANTS roaming the parking lot!!!! In a decent HOTEL there should NOT be LIVE IN TENANTS!!

Everything about the place has gone down hill!!! We no longer enjoyed the stay!! And not having the pool and hot tub just did it in for us!! There WAS NOT any mention of them being closed and we had to pay FULL PRICE for what we didn't have!!!

Wonderful rooms, service, and location.

I was going to be late checking in due to road closures, when I called to see what could be done the woman on the phone (I didn’t catch her name) said it would be no problem and she would make a note that we would be late. After getting in check in was a breeze and the place is very nice and well kept.

It was an okay place to sleep.

Had plenty of parking for our trailer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thankfully they keep a spare hair dryer.

Bathroom was very small and wasn't clean around the toilet. We could hear noise from upstairs guests and all around us. The breakfast was very minimal and no one was around to replenish what they ran out of. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Toilet needed repair on arrival and hair dryer was broken.

Love the location. The staff was very friendly for the most part. Evening staff was super helpful. I love the pool in the separate building. Very attractive and easy access. Breakfast was blah. It was enough to survive on, at least. Fresh fruit would have been nice!

The pool and the hot tub did not seem very clean. Especially the pool, cloudy water and bugs floating on the top. House cleaning did not replace our towels or make our beds while we were gone. Also, there was trash in the floor when we first got there, so the room had obviously not been vacuumed.

bed side lamp could use a good detail cleaning. stayed on first level and the hallways had an unpleasant smell. parking lot lacked lighting. this hotel is outside of town away from business and street lights and it was unsettling to have to walk in the dark to get into the hotel.

It was clean, just a short drive to the middle of town where all the shops were. Staff was nice, friendly, and when something was wrong they were on it to fix it. The price was great for our week stay.

River trip with grandkids This hotel was only blocks away from everything we wanted to do.

From the time we arrived until we left everything was great. The front desk staff were all amazing. Great location and my grandkids enjoyed a very clean pool and they also liked the breakfast. The room was clean and all we needed. Bed was comfy. Enjoyed being on the 1st floor. Also enjoyed that we were close to all we came for. Cherokee, the river, and close to places to eat as well as shop if needed.

I can't say anything negative. Will definitely stay again.
