The staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient shuttles between hotel and Harrahs Casino every hour. Room was clean and well maintained. Convenient location. Continental breakfast was basic but got us on our way. Plenty of close parking. I would use this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was such a great value and one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, including some much more expensive, "fancier" hotels. Your staff is top-notch and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit.
The hotel could benefit from some updates, but considering the value, cleanliness, and exceptional service, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you all so much, and great job to the entire team!
The hotel is within walking distance of the casino and offers complimentary pastries and coffee, which were a nice added bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hospitality.
