I thought I was booking a riverside room but it wasn't, disappointing but not a disaster. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good but the room was so hot i couldnt stay in there. The shower needs more water pressure for sure. Overall it wasnt a bad trip for the price! The hotel is pretty convenient to everything.

The lady who checked us in had not long started working with the hotel but took her time and made sure she was doing everything correct. She was very chatty which was nice and welcoming telling us about things happening near by. Rooms are lovely and clean my only gripe would be it would've been nice to get a view of the river instead of the car park but never mind.

Check in was very easy. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. We had a very nice experience at this hotel. They also have a complimentary hot breakfast for guests.

Very large room. Hotel smelled clean everywhere which sounds unusual but other hotels in area smell musty.

Would love to give this place five stars because the staff was stellar, the room was clean. However, the smell of mold/mildew was so strong in the room we had to ask to move (not our normal mode). The second room, though better, still had a strong odor to it. We dealt with it as we didn’t want to ask to move again. That being said, staff was courteous and gracious when the request was made and I appreciated their kind manner. On check in, same staff was excellent and quick. Morning checkout gentleman was also excellent. My suggestion is to ensure the carpets are cleaned with clean water and then a dehumidifier is run to remove moisture. They were quite humid, and that comes from a Floridian who knows humid. We have been through enough hurricanes to know mold and mildew issues and understand they can be difficult. The staff deserves better rooms to rent as they were stellar. Cleaning was also excellent! Facilities were good and breakfast was clean and organized.

It was pretty cool. Any hotel that offers free breakfast in the a.m. is plus for me and my fiancé. We visited here for the 1st time recently for my big brother birthday. Awesome I’d love to book again, the Casino resort was literally in walking distance. Beautiful place. This was kind of an average place, a bit more expensive than it probably should’ve been. The pool area was nice and there was a river going through the back of the property. The hot breakfast was good. Our only real complaint was that there was a red stain on our sheet near the pillows that we noticed around midnight and chose to just cover up with a towel rather than asking for new sheets. However, whoever made the bed should’ve noticed it.

A pleasant summer weekend stay compared to some other quality inns. Didn’t have a great view with the balcony room they gave us but I see there were worse rooms to have in the main building that we were placed in. Staff was firm but polite overall, mentioning heavily that they are a smoke free property upon the check-in. Beautiful river. Property was bug free we were there. Was nice not to have flies or mosquitoes ect. being so close to the river and pool. Pool was clean and a nice temperature. Breakfast was decent. Many options, apples and bananas as the fruit served while we were there. Was pleasantly surprised housekeeping knocked on everyone’s doors (asking if they needed anything). Housekeeping staff caring to have that extra touch, was unexpected. Thanks

Bathroom door caught on tile floor. Hard to open. Door needs clearance. Air conditioner vent direct blew cold air on body when lying on bed. As the result, tried to block air by using pillows. Very uncomfortable night.

I dropped my leg pillow on the parking lot, not only did they find it, they put in a plastic bag (it had gotten soaked in a rain storm), and called us after we checked out. Fortunately, we weren't too far down the road. My sciatica appreciates all of you.

The room was nice. But there was no microwave, which I didn't check first, but expected. And, I realize smoking is bad, but I always book a room with a balcony because I do not smoke indoors. But I do enjoy setting on a balcony and relaxing with a cigarette. We will not book this property again 😒
