This place sux

We booked online as usual. The first room was clean but soon as we flushed the toilet it flooded the floor with water coming out from under the toilet. I went to front desk and asked for a different room. The lady did not seem happy at all and gave us another room. The new room was clean and the toilet worked fine but air conditioner did not work as it should. Now I am never one to complain but this was ridiculous. I went back to the front desk and told the lady the air conditioner wasn't working and she said they are all the same with a very rude attitude so I just asked for a refund and she was happy to give it. We found a great place and better service so it worked out. We will never be going to rodeway inn again

Piece of crap hotel

Location

Roadway Inn and Suites is to be avoided at all cost unless you can deal with the following: Upon bed inspection we found a big brown streak on comforter. There was suppose to be 2 queen beds, however we had to doubles. My husband is 6'5" and I am not a petite woman. Hard to sleep together in one bed that small. Didn't care to sleep in the one that appeared to have a "poop" streak Bugs falling on you from the ceiling. Bugs crawling on bed Dead bug in a corner had apparently been deceased quite a while. 1 washcloth in the room to be shared between 2 people. Phone wouldn't work, not even to call front desk TV not working Ice machine not working Finally found a number for front desk to report issues. They did offer to give us another room but we were already undressed, unpacked and tired from a 10 hour drive that day. Wasn't sure the conditions would improve if we had packed up and moved.vwry unhappy to put it lightly

Hidden Gem

Great location, easy check in, really big and well equipped room. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We will be back!!

I wish the pool was open. Both gates were locked, however pool was full wuth clear water. When asked at front desk if pool was open, we were just told no, no explanation. A pool was one of the main ammenities we were looking for.

Just sitting on the boucany with the river veiw it's therapeutic for me and i brought my grandma along to get her out for a couple days she needed a break from everything and she too was satisfied with our stay and will definitely be coming again😎

A nice anniversary getaway for my husband and I.

The staff was nice, the room was spacious and clean. I loved the balcony, and looking at the river. I just loved everything about the hotel. I will be back to stay again.

Nice room, a little old fashioned, but it was clean. Loved the back porch of the place, lots of people hanging out and chatting.
