Valet did not allow us to park near the gate to unload when it was pouring down, in spite of saying we have kids. Few minutes later another person said it is ok to unload passengers. Check-in staff said they have their own rules. At Noodle Bar, because it is located on the Casino floor, we cannot dine in with kids. We had to place to-go order. The person after taking the order said I should stand outside the restaurant when the restaurant was half full. What in the world is that for. Basically everyone pushes you around. Not the kind of experience we expected. We are staying for the second time. We came here last year too and it was not this bad. Will not be staying here again. Tower 4 (the main building) is not ideal (were we wrong), we avoided Soho tower assuming we had to walk long, but Soho tower is better for arrival and departure, parking is closer. Tower 4 is a mess. I wish I could say better things, we love this hotel but dont like to be pushed around where ever we go. In all of Cherokee, why do they have most restaurants closed??? It's like a ghost town after 7 pm. It is not at all crowded before 7 pm either, which is kind of why we like this beautiful little town.

I booked a NON Smoking room and the confirmation said that . The hotel insisted I booked a SMOKING room . I DID NOT and would NEVER book a smoking room . I t was terrible and I could not breathe all night !!’ Horrible Experience I should NOT have to pay for this !!!

Room spotless. Comfortable Bed & Pillows. Exceptional Shower & very nice bathroom. One problem later brought to staff's attention, so I'm sure it is corrected: the TV Signal / Connection was poor all night. TV picture Froze repeatedly! Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Accidentally booked a smoking room..didn’t think that was a thing anymore. Girl at the front tried to move us but it was not possible. Room smelled terrible :(. Outdated. Only 3 pillows per bed and there was no comforter? Only an additional sheet on top of the flat sheet. Very strange. Paid more to stay at the casino to treat my family, but will never do that again. The hotel is very confusing to navigate. Gotta go up to go down to go up again to get to the elevators to our tower..hard to find the concert. When asking staff, they just point. I worked in Hilton Hotels for 10+ years and definitely this was a downgrade.

The breakfast was 26.00 buffet with bacon and eggs, nothing special. Check in was quick, but none of staff told me where anything was not even where room was. And if you had any questions of where anything was there had the attitude like I should know. Oh and they 40.00 resort, 40.00 incendental fee they don't mention til you're there

The toilet moves when you sit down on it. The bathroom sink stopper doesn’t work. This was the first time we had stayed here. We have stayed at the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa and the employees there are super nice and friendly We usually stay at one on the hotel near there. The biggest problem was rude employees!! I will not ever stay there again.

I visited Harrah's Cherokee for a business conference. The conference center was extremely nice and easy to navigate. The hotel rooms were very nice and comfortable. I also visited the gift shop in the conference tower (Cherokee Tower). Very nice and affordable. Thank you!

Casino is huge with poor signage. Seemed like a 1/2 mile walk to the restaurant, we made reservations at. Breakfast buffet was extremely over priced, as was the Gordon Ramsey Food Court. Big name little value. I would visit the Casino again but not stay or eat there.
