The rooms were clean and comfortable.
There was an odor in the halls and pretty messy. The swimming pool was not ready for guests even though they allowed us out there. Pool was dirty, no chairs were set up. Breakfast bar was not as well stocked as other properties under your company umbrella.

Location and value
The room was adjacent to the breakfast room. You could hear everything through the wall including the tv which was mounted on the wall. If someone was watching tv in the middle of the night you could hear it.

The staff was the best part of my stay. Everyone was very helpful and kind
Towels had stains on them, room not clean, infested with gnats, saw a roach in bathroom area, standing water in tub every time I took a shower. I got home and realized I have bite marks of some sort on my legs
