The location, the staff, and the clean rooms
The key cards were out so anytime I needed in my room I had to get help. Many times I had to wait for people to check in before I could get into my room.

Loved the rooms. They were very clean.
Our key cards didn’t work for the whole stay. We asked for a new room and staff refused. There were a couple times we had to wait 20 mins plus to be let into our room. Staff were not understanding. I asked to speak to someone considering we payed over $600 for the room. They just said there’s nothing they can do because the key cards were not working and fair field was aware of the problem. But a hotel staff told us that this has been happening for months. If I would have known that I would not have access to our room I would have booked at a different hotel.
