I am waiting for my refund. I chose pay at location but had car issues and could not speak to anyone and the email you all provided hangs up doesn't bring anyone to the phone. Never book at Baymont again

House keep need to clean better I had to clean my bathroom shower and toilet before using it.

We stayed here the weekend before Thanksgiving 2025 in room 112. This hotel is the most disgusting, worst place I have ever stayed. The room was filthy, the Jacuzzi was stained and none of the sinks had any plugs so the Jacuzzi was also unusable. The carpets had stains all over them as did the walls and doors. We requested housekeeping one of the days as we had no way to get rid of trash and they never showed up. We ended up having to use the trash cans in the carpark. I tried to use the jug in the room to boil some water and on opening it to fill it found a steel scouring pad in the water reservoir with pieces of metal flaking off into the jug. The breakfast was almost non existent...not even worth thinking about. This was the single most disgusting stay I have ever had in any hotel worldwide and this chain should be ashamed of themselves for the state of this hotel. If you are thinking of booking this hotel just don't, there are others close by.
