The staff went above and beyond to ensure my family, and I had the best experience possible including phenomenal room service front desk, staff and employees!! This was perfect and I had a kids in tow!
It was a bit expensive and the key fobs continually disconnected, but the hotel front desk, employee, Tara it was always right there to help with a smile on her face!

Great location and room was very comfortable.
The sink seemed to be nearly plugged which I reported when I checked out. Continental breakfast pretty limited. A channel guide in the room would have been helpful also.

Room was nice size.
We arrived ready to hit the pool. AFTER I PAID we were told pool was closed and the girl then taped a sign up stating the pool was closed and she didn't know when it would reopen. Said there was something in it but didn't know what it was.
Door to pool was open we sure didn't see anything but regardless we paid for our room here because it had a pool. !!! I could and would have gone else where had we known! I think we should be compensated at least $60.00. I could have book a nice room without a pool for 100.00 a night easily!
Front desk told us to call neighboring hotels to see if they would let us use there hotel pool!!!! If we had wanted to go to a different hotel to use pool we would have booked that hotel!
We drive over 350 miles and my autistic grandson is so so disappointed! And so are we.
