The property rejected us because they did not take pets as you had said they would in our communication in our booking!

Cleanliness and tidiness needs to improve. Beds and sheets were stinky and needed cleaning. Carpets were dirty and so were towels - had stains. The only star was accessibility to i84.

The room was quiet and clean. The mattresses and pillows were great. My daughter didn't like the bedding on the bed. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was okay, but not great.

Staff is super friendly and nice. Room had seen better days. Had to almost force the room door shut, there's reddish discoloration on the wall by the shower from being constantly wet, the lino in the bathroom is peeling up from where it meets the shower, toilet wouldn't compelling flush until the last day i was there, wifi was kind of hit or miss. Second time i stayed there and it looks like they're mid renovation on it. Based on their crew alone I'd stay there again. Upper end of the hotel breakfast spectrum.

Property its self was good. House keeping and breakfast attendant had good customer service. The girl at the front desk could do better. Checked in and booked 3 rooms through expedia and I did not know they would be undr different reservation s do to one booking. But they were and she was very rude. Also the 2nd day everyones keys in our party stopped working and we had to go to the front desk for rest.

The sheer curtains in the room were ripped on both sides, there were dark stains on the carpet, the dresser that the TV was on top of looked like it came from a used furniture store it was so scratched up. The bathroom is really small. Room 123. Also it would be nice if they put a tv guide in the room so you don’t have to scroll through the channels to see what is on.

Our room was wonderful and we could see are car from the room which is important when you have a classic car. Location really was hard to find because we don't know the area but thank goodness for GPS on my phone.

Our experience was nothing but nice. We made reservation on January 2, 2017 at 5:00 PM for January 3, 2017. Watching the evening news we realized that a huge snowstorm is in our path en route to Salt Lake City. I immediately called the hotel at 9:00 PM to cancel our reservation for the 3rd. The clerk on duty was not able to help me and informed me to call back in the morning when the manager is on duty. I did call the first thing in the morning to cancel my reservation. I was aware of a 24 hour cancellation policy. She was anything but helpful and would not budge from the policy not even in the event of the huge snowstorm. I ask if they would refund 50% since we need a hotel for the next day. Needless to say, we did not stay there the next day when the storm had passed and we were able to travel. Better safe and dead.
