Clean and comfortable. Somewhat worn around the edges but the beds were nice and the rooms were quiet.

The TV did not work. The ironing board was broken, and I needed to use it. The bathroom had visible mold. I reported these issues to the front desk, but they were not resolved. Even after someone came to check, the TV and ironing board remained unusable. When I checked out and explained the problems, I was told: “Too bad, you booked through Expedia—take it up with them.”

Chair was stained, curtains dirty, bed was comfortable, lobby clean, breakfast was minimal. Ok for an overnight.

The lobby was nice, check in went well, but she told us it was a continental breakfast and there were no eggs. Since we wanted protein, we thought we would have to go out to breakfast. We did discover the next morning that there were egg bites and sausage patties to heat in the microwave. The room was spacious and clean, with a fairly large refrigerator for a hotel, and a microwave.

Overall it was fine but they need to be specific on how much a pet fee is and also our main complaint is our room was right bext to the stairs and all hours of the night there was stomping and doors slamming. Probably wont stay there again.

I cannot say anything positive about this property. We booked on Tuesday night but felt obliged to cancel the reservation midday on Wednesday because one of our group tested positive for Covid. The response from Melissa was unsympathetic, stating that we were going to be charged no matter what.

We needed a place to sleep while exploring the Pendleton Round Up. This was the perfect place for just that. Friendly staff, easy to get to, right off of I-84. The breakfast is ready to eat food that you cook in the microwave and if that’s not for you, Dennys is right down the road. I really appreciate the front desk receptionist and how helpful they were. I had to print off tickets for the round up and the receptionist was great at helping me get these off my email. For what we needed, this hotel supplied it :)

Front desk at time of check in was very friendly. All the rest of staff were not help full or nice. We ended up switching rooms when we were ready for bed. Nasty unclean sheets. Breakfast terrible, not much selection. If you wanted eggs and sausage pull it out the cooler and microwave yourself. I have stayed at there sister hotels before will gladly go back to them but never will come back to this hotel. Switching rooms at 11pm because of dirty sheets is a horrible disgusting ordeal

Rooms and property were clean, run down, but clean. Front desk person cared more about her phone and watching videos than she did about caring for guests, I saw multiple walk away while she sat at her desk in the back, and always had her phone and ear buds in when at the cei t desk. Don't count on much of a breakfast, a few pieces of fruits, some basic muffins, a few cold cereals yogurt and packaged minute oatmeal.

Overall, the property is pretty worn down. It is clean, so it works, but I think expensive for what you are getting. I had a terrible check in experience. The staff could not have been less helpful; unfriendly and inconvenienced to assist.

Pur first room was not vacuumed abd the fridge was not cleaned. I went and told the staff i needed a clean room. She told me that the housekeeping does not like to do their job. I received a new room That room had a walmart size tag on the back of tge door of the bathroom. The beds had blood one them, and food on the walls. I call the hotel next door and booked a room. I went and told the staff i cant stay here and she said what now is your problem. I asked for a refund, and she was like no. I asked for manager she said i am the manager. I told her what was wrong with the room and showed her. She said she didnt she nothing wrong with the room. I left now im out of 150 dallors. I'm call sonesta and seeing what they can do. I'm hoping a secret shop comes.

I did not like the breakfast. No protiens. I liked the old warm up breakfasts and they are gone. All carbs. I cannot eat or drink things with lactose. Bring those heat up breakfast back.

For spending a night while traveling, this hotel was fine. But, the AC seemed to turn on and off then back on. The room was small, which was fine for 2 people, but you could barely hear the TV over the AC. Then, the toilet would kick on sporadically run and sometimes squeal a little as it stopped. I assume it was leaking water slowly from the back and then would kick on to fill back up. The room had everything we needed and appeared pretty clean except for the olive I could see stuck in the drain. The young woman who checked us in was very pleasant and efficient. I would not be against staying here again but I might check a few things and give it a 10 minutes or so before changing and going to bed. Then if there were issues, I would ask to be moved.

This is a nice, clean, older hotel that we stayed at during our daughters graduation at Eastern Oregon University. It has a hot tub and pool and is conveniently located close to the freeway. The stay included a continental breakfast but there wasn't a lot of selection.

Thebathroom towwls were the thinnest I've ever experience in a hotel!! Very dissatisfied! The bed was comfortable however. But there was evidence on the wall by the sink that a hanger was changed and the wall wasnt repaired correctly. A fair hotel for sure!

This hotel is in need of a major renovation. It was old and out dated. Our room was not very clean from the tub,sink,bed skirt,window curtains. The window was full of dead bugs and dirt. I woukd not recommend this hotel.

The front desk lady was so freaking rude when asking if we could by chance check in early ( we didn’t expect to) she had the worst attitude and when my key would work later that night all I did was tell her a number she didn’t ask a name or confirm that I was actually staying in that room so anyone could ask for a key and they would give it. I witnessed a pizza guy asking for someone’s too with a first name only and she Lundy told him what room the guy was in witch I thought wasn’t ok she should have called the room first to make sure he even ordered anything. Anyone literally could have gone in there and ask for someone’s room and they would point you right to it. The too had holes in the walls paint chipping off. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will not be going back.
