Staff were amazing!! The hotel is a small comfortable place, super clean and well located.
The bed was a bit hard for my taste, but I understand you can't satisfy everyone.

Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Good variety of breakfast.
The TV in the room was unplugged and turned off, so it was a little inconvenient to try and watch it. And the volume didn’t work so we couldn’t turn it down.

It was close to downtown Helen, staff were kind
I specifically ordered a suite for the whirlpool. They gave me a room where the whirlpool was broken. When I spoke to them the next morning they said they would give me a free night on best western rewards if I signed up. They only gave me 500 points. It takes 5000-7000 for a free night. Also, I found leaves in the bed sheets.
