Super close to downtown Helen. Comfortable to stay. The chalet was simple but had what you needed. Great value.
The kitchen could use a few more things. Maybe a crockpot. The mattress upstairs sags badly in the middle. The beds could use new pillows.

Area was very nice. Weather was not cooperative but the snow made for beautiful photos at the resort. We didn’t have any issues with resort roads because we had a 4wd truck. However, we met a family that had to walk up the hill with two small children (in below freezing temps) because the roads were too slick. (If that could be addressed in the future, that would be great). My family group went up for needed relaxation and I personally was looking forward to the whirlpool tub. Unfortunately, it did not work and the faucet itself was very loose and detaching from the wall. I called the front office and left a message with my number but have yet to get a response. Also, the heat worked intermittently. We went to the local store and bought fire logs for the fireplace. Those are the major complaints of the chalet.
The pool and sauna were closed so I cannot give a review. That was something I would have liked to have known about before my arrival. Especially to a resort advertising this type of relaxation that we were all looking forward to.
Positive encounter checking in but was not able to contact anyone after that.
The kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Carpet could use cleaning but wasn’t terrible.
The chalet itself was pretty but we all felt cheated of the relaxation we came for. No pool, no sauna and no working jetted tub in our chalet.
Would we stay at the property again? Maybe, but not in that chalet and not for the price we paid.
Biggest complaint-whirlpool tub didn’t work. No contact with property management via phone after message left.
