I liked the customer service. The people at front desk was so polite and courteous to my questions. Check in was not slow as i was beyond tired and ready to sleep for work the next day.
Did not like the cold floors that had no carpet no where in room.

Cost was very good
I didn't like that the people next to us , let there kid bang on the wall, till past midnight , and screamed and yelled all night , told the front desk and seemed the more I complained the worse it got

This was my second stay at the hotel, only for a couple nights. The location is convenient to I-96 & public transit, the staff is very friendly, & the rooms are generally clean & comfortable.
For some reason, I ended up getting an unrefurbished room that seemed to be stuck in time - with outdated lighting fixtures. The toilet also rocked a bit when I used it. I addressed this with the staff member at the front desk when I checked out & he was very kind in telling me that it was one of the final rooms set to be renovated, so I was content with that. I also addressed to the staff that the night before I checked out, I found bugs in the microwave. I don't know where they came from, but I did not want there to be a situation where another guest found bugs in the room either.
