The customer service was amazing everytime we came downstairs to go to a concert the ladies at the front desk where there to cheer us on

Location was perfect for downtown Grand Rapids. All staff were helpful and friendly and the room was a good size.
The breakfast was fine, not spectacular, but the system for collecting and handing over the breakfast token was confusing.

Very close to Van Andel
They had a guest DJ and it was a party all night in the lobby and extremely loud and the poor staff was answering phone while a whole club scene was going on.
