Location of the property and the Shuttle Service to the Van Andel Arena
When my wife and I arrived they seemed to have misplaced our Reservation so we had to wait and could only get a room with 1 King Bed other than 2 Queens which we had reserved

Convenient location
No complementary bottles of water in the room. No creamer for coffee in the room. Room was over priced.
